2. Nature of Activity
Portugal Elegance operates as a Luxury Concierge and Destination Management Company (DMC), dedicated to the curation, organisation and intermediation of personalised experiences in Portugal. Portugal Elegance does not directly execute the majority of the services offered. Experiences are carried out by independent partners, duly licensed, qualified and responsible for their execution.
3. Definitions
- Client – Any individual or legal entity that requests or acquires services through Portugal Elegance.
- Partner – An independent company or professional responsible for executing the contracted experience.
- Experience – Any service, activity or programme made available through Portugal Elegance.
- Concierge – A personalised assistance, organisation and coordination service for requests made by clients.

Portugal Elegance offers personalised services including, but not limited to:

- Transfers
- Boat and yacht trips
- Gastronomic experiences
- Private chef
- Babysitting
- Private events
- Marriage proposals
- Weddings and honeymoons
- Personalised concierge
- Restaurant reservations
- Itinerary planning
- Wellness & Lifestyle
- Relocation Concierge
All services are subject to the availability of the respective partners.
5. Bookings
Bookings may be made via website, WhatsApp, email or other means made available by Portugal Elegance. A booking is only considered confirmed after availability is confirmed, acceptance by the partner, and receipt of payment, where applicable.
6. Payments
Payments may be made directly to the partner or directly to Portugal Elegance. When payment is made to Portugal Elegance, it acts exclusively as an intermediary in the management of the booking.
7. Pricing
All prices presented include curation, organisation, coordination and intermediation services. Prices may change due to availability, seasonality, personalisation or conditions set by partners.
8. Changes
Portugal Elegance reserves the right to alter schedules, itineraries, partners and experiences whenever necessary for operational, safety, weather or force majeure reasons. Whenever possible, an equivalent alternative will be proposed.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the respective partners. Before booking confirmation, the client will be informed of the applicable conditions. Whenever possible, Portugal Elegance will provide support in managing the cancellation process.
10. Liability
Portugal Elegance is responsible for the curation, organisation and intermediation of services. The execution of experiences is the sole responsibility of the partners. Portugal Elegance cannot be held liable for accidents, personal injury, loss of belongings, delays, cancellations, changes made by partners, weather conditions, traffic congestion, closure of monuments, restrictions imposed by public authorities or any events beyond its control.
11. Client Responsibility
The client undertakes to provide accurate information, comply with schedules, respect partner rules, inform in advance of any allergies, physical limitations or special needs, and possess all documents required to carry out the experience. Portugal Elegance will not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
12. Concierge Services
Concierge services consist of the coordination and facilitation of personalised requests through Portugal Elegance's partner network. In cases where Portugal Elegance establishes contact with lawyers, real estate agents, relocation companies or service providers, it acts solely as a facilitator connecting the client and the partner.
13. Force Majeure
Portugal Elegance cannot be held liable for non-performance resulting from force majeure circumstances, including natural phenomena, fires, pandemics, strikes, armed conflicts, government decisions, transport disruptions or other unforeseeable and unavoidable situations.
14. Insurance
Partners are responsible for holding all legally required insurance for the exercise of their activity. Portugal Elegance holds Civil Liability Insurance within the scope of its intermediation activity.
15. Data Protection (GDPR)
Portugal Elegance processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will be used exclusively for booking management, client communication, document issuance and compliance with legal obligations. 16. Use of Image
The use of client photographs or videos for promotional purposes will only take place with prior authorisation.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the Portugal Elegance website, including texts, photographs, logos, visual identity, videos, design and graphic content, is the property of Portugal Elegance or used with authorisation from the respective rights holders. Reproduction without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
18. External Links
The website may contain links to partner websites. Portugal Elegance is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
19. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity, under the terms of Portuguese legislation in force.
20. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts.
21. Acceptance
By making a booking through Portugal Elegance, the client declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
